For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

        I think sometimes people see this verse (which is one of my favorites) and misunderstand it. You don't go to Heaven and have eternal life with Him just because you SAY "I believe".. you go to Heaven when you live your life for Him and through Him. You can't say that you believe in him, and then act the opposite - which most people do. You are forgiven for your sins - Jesus died on the cross for us - we were made to sin. But we were not meant to keep making the same sins over and over and still be forgiven for it. When you ask for forgiveness, you should be trying always to never repeat that sin. You have to be Christian and act Christian..not be Christian and act atheist.

Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
           1 Corinthians 13: 4-7

           God's unfailing love is always there and is the strongest love you will ever find.

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concering the hope that is in you, with humility and fear.
           1 Peter 3:15

           If you believe in God, don't be afarid to stand up for Him. Don't be afarid to answer nonbelievers questions. He will tell you what to say.
